The Eurasian Otter is a
semi-aquatic, carnivorous
mammal, measuring up to 115cm
from nose to tail. It has thick,
brown fur with a broad muzzle
and hairless noes. Eurasian
Otter eat fish, crustaceans etc,
and forage in rivers, canals,
lagoons and fish-ponds.
There is no certian breeding
season; gestation lasts 2 month,
resulting in one litter of 2-4
offspring per year. |
